SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

We ask that you carefully review and confirm your shipping address prior to check out. Once an order is submitted, changes to the shipping address may not be possible. Just Celebrate Paperie & Gifts is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Our fulfillment center is located in McDonough, Georgia (30253). Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination.

We partner with UPS and USPS as our primary shipping carriers. FedEx may be used for select expedited orders requiring delivery within 1-2 business days. Shipping carriers are chosen based on the order quantity, package weight, and shipping destination.

At this time, we ship to the United States and Canada only. International shipping is not currently available.

Shipping Timeline

·       Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

·       During holidays or special sale events, processing may take 5-7 business days.

·       Delivery times vary based on shipping carrier and destination.

Please Note: Carriers experience delays during holidays, high demand seasons, or periods of inclement weather. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier for delivery, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed.

SHIPPING FEES:

Free shipping on domestic orders over $49

Domestic Shipping (*48 Contiguous States)

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Order Tracking

Your tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a missing package claim.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

·       Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

·       Shipping delays caused by the carrier

·       Lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.

It is our sincerest hope that you love your purchase. However, if a return is necessary, please review our Refund Policy below in its entirety before submitting a request. If you have questions or require assistance, please contact us at support@justcelebratepaperie.com.

All requests must be submitted within:

·       7 calendar days for damaged or defective items

·       10 calendar days for unopened, unused items in the original condition

REFUND POLICY:

Item(s) must be unused and in original condition. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. Items must be shipped back within 10 calendar days of the approval.

Carefully pack your item for shipping. Items received damaged may be rejected or subject to a reduced refund.

·       Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

·       Non-damaged and non-defective returns are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount

·       Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to a damage or defect

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Store credit will be issued for expired/cancelled credit cards, store credit vouchers, gift cards, or eGift cards used.

Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to credit appear, depending on your financial institution.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

We strive to provide quality products with care and intention. Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damages or defects must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt.

Please allow 48 hours for a response. Replacements or refunds are issued at management’s discretion and based on availability.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

·       Items delivered more than 14 calendar days ago

·       Final sale or last call items

·       Used items

·       Personalized products

·       Specialty or bulk pre-orders

·       Digital downloads, classes, or workshops

·Any items explicitly labeled as non-returnable
